Register for Camp

Register yourself along with your son, nephew or grandson under 16 in one submission. If older than 16 then a separate registration is required. Dorm allocation is confirmed instantly.

EFT Payment Instructions Banking details will be emailed to {{ eftEmailRef }} after registration. Use your full name + registration number as the payment reference. Your dorm is held for 7 days — if payment is not received your spot may be released.
Online Payment You will be redirected to a secure Yoco payment page after submitting this form. Your dorm is confirmed only once payment is completed.
Pay at the Venue Payment is taken at check-in on the first day of camp, before you settle into your dorm. You may pay in cash or by card — a card machine is available on site. Your dorm is reserved now, but the spot is only fully confirmed once payment is received on the day. If you would prefer to pay earlier, choose EFT or online card instead.
🤲 Financial Assistance Application

Your registration will be placed on a bursary waitlist. We will review your application and contact you within a few days. A dorm will be assigned once your application is approved.
🌿 Youth Programme (Ages 12–16)

One or more participants in your group fall in the 12–16 age bracket. Participants in this age group are required to take part in the Youth Programme during designated programme slots.

Fathers are responsible for their sons outside of programme times. Please ensure you are available and aware of your son's whereabouts at all times during the camp.
05 — Indemnity & Consent

Indemnity & Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in — or am registering others to participate in — the Mizan Brotherhood Camp 2026 ("the Event") organised by Mizan Institute, to be held at SOS Youth Camp, Villiersdorp, from 28–30 August 2026.

1. Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that participation in the Event and its activities (including outdoor activities, travel to and from the venue, sports, and recreational activities) may involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and any person I am registering.

2. Waiver of Liability. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Mizan Institute, its organisers, volunteers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, costs, or liability arising from participation in the Event, howsoever caused, except in cases of gross negligence.

3. Medical Treatment. I consent to emergency medical treatment being administered to myself or any participant I have registered, should they be unable to consent at the time. I confirm that all relevant medical conditions have been disclosed above.

4. Property. Mizan Institute is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the Event.

5. Media. I consent to photographs and recordings taken during the Event being used by Mizan Institute for promotional and educational purposes.

6. Conduct. I agree that all participants will abide by the Event code of conduct. Participants may be asked to leave the Event at the organisers' discretion for misconduct, without refund.

7. Minors (Under 16). Where a participant is under 16 years of age, by submitting this form I, as parent or legal guardian, confirm that I have read and agreed to this indemnity in full on the minor's behalf, and that I accept full responsibility for their wellbeing and behaviour during the camp — including during times they are not part of a structured programme.

8. Youth Programme. I acknowledge that participants aged 12–16 are required to attend the Youth Programme during designated slots. I accept responsibility for my son(s) during all other times.
06 — Protection of Your Information

We collect the names, email address, phone number and any medical or dietary details you provide only to administer this camp — allocating dormitories, catering, emergency contact and payment records. Your details are stored in Mizan Institute's registration records and are kept until the camp has ended and its accounts are closed, after which they are deleted or archived. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
